Barbs is an Executive Advisor and the creator of Leadership Emotional Architecture™ — a structural framework designed to help senior leaders align identity, nervous system regulation, and organisational culture at scale.

Her work emerged from a deep exploration of psychological development, intergenerational patterning, and leadership under pressure. Over time, she observed a recurring pattern across high-performing executives: when responsibility expands, unresolved architecture is amplified.

Rather than focusing on behaviour or tactics, Barbs works at the level of internal structure — recalibrating how leaders regulate, decide, and transmit culture under complexity.

She partners privately with cross-sector executives responsible for culture, performance, and human development — guiding them through structural transformation that enables sustainable authority and scale.
